Studio Policies

Payment

Payment will be due the FIRST LESSON of every month. Payment may be made via cash or check and written to Jeannie Crane. There will be a late fee of $20.00 if payment is not received on the first lesson of each month. Bounced checks are subject to bank fees, if applicable.

A monthly e-mail will be sent to you to let you know
if there are 3, 4 or 5 weeks of lessons for each month.

Make up Lessons

Make-up lessons will be given to any lesson cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time.. Lessons cancelled on the day of a lesson will be forfeited (unless an emergency arises). Two make-up lessons will be given to each student per year.

Snow Emergencies

No lessons will be given whenever Tewksbury, MA public schools are closed or dismissed early due to severe weather conditions. A makeup lesson will be given if schedule allows.

Studio Closures

All holiday and school vacations follows the Tewksbury, MA public school calendar. Please call if you have any questions.
